JAPANESE EGGS

INGREDIENTS:
1-Cook some rice in a rich chicken stock; place on a platter.
2- Fry 6 eggs and trim neatly; sprinkle with salt, black pepper, chopped parsley and lemon-juice.Fry the bacon in slices;
3- Put the eggs on the rice or pasta,the fried bacon and pour a little hot tomato-sauce over the base of the platter and serve.
BOM APETITE
1-Rice or pasta;

3-tomato sauce;lemon juice.

DUTCH EGGS

INGREDIENTS:
1-butter;
2-eggs (as many as you want)
3-sliced onions;
4-salt;red pepper;lemon juice.
PREPARATION:
1-Heat some butter in a pan; then break in as many eggs as needed and fry them;
2- add some sliced onions.
3- Remove the eggs to a platter;arrange the onions on the eggs;
4- sprinkle with salt and red pepper and pour over some lemon-juice.
5- Serve as hot as possible on toast.
